ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE PERFORMANCE AND PLANNING EXCHANGE (PPX)

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Performance and Planning Exchange (PPX) will be held at 12:00 noon Eastern Time via zoom on
Wednesday the 15th day of October at (EDT) to:

  1. Receive and confirm the financial statements and the report of the auditors;
  2. Appoint Public Accountants; and,
  3. Report on Board activities.
