Dr. Joe Faragone is a public sector leader, academic, and results-management professional with extensive experience in performance measurement, evaluation, and public sector governance. He serves as a Manager and Senior Policy Advisor in the Results Division of the Expenditure Management Sector at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, where he contributes to the development and implementation of federal approaches to managing for results and performance oversight. Joe holds a PhD and has worked extensively with government, academic, and professional communities to advance evidence-informed decision-making, organizational learning, and public sector performance. He also serves as an ex officio member, helping strengthen collaboration between the federal results community and broader professional networks dedicated to results-based management and evaluation.
