Élyse McCall-Thomas is an evaluation professional and PhD candidate in Education at the University of Ottawa. She brings more than seventeen years of experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, research, and evaluation capacity building across the public and non-profit sectors. Her work has included senior evaluation roles with federal organizations, including the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, Health Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. She brings to the PPX Board strong expertise in evaluation, public administration, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-informed decision-making.
