Carolyn Montague is an Ottawa-based management consultant, corporate trainer, and public sector procurement specialist. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University and spent 15 years as Chief of Procurement at Public Works and Government Services Canada. In 1997, she co-founded Perfocus Management Inc., where she serves as Partner and leads the firm’s materiel management, training, and strategic corporate planning practices. Carolyn is also active in professional and community leadership initiatives, including service with the Canadian Institute of Procurement and Materiel Management and the Famous 5 Ottawa committee, where she supports leadership and empowerment initiatives.
