Carleton University’s Diploma in Public Policy & Program Evaluation (DPPE) is an accredited six-course online graduate program aimed at providing junior and mid-career professionals with a grounding in practical program evaluation and performance measurement. The program is situated within the School of Public Policy and Administration, which provides advanced graduate programs for those wanting to enter a public service career, or who wish to work with the public sector such as nonprofits or private sector firms.
