Gabriel Zamfir-Enache is Director of Research, Measurement and Data Analytics Section at the Canada Council for the Arts. Previously, he worked as a Manager, Research and Performance Measurement, and the Administration and Finance Director of The Biennial of Montreal. Gabriel has more than 20 years’ experience as a management analyst with extensive focus on corporate and project management, business strategy, research and reporting, strategic data analysis and performance measurement. With a strong commitment to the arts milieu during the last ten years, Gabriel is interested in professional research and analysis related to Economic and social added value of the arts, Measuring value of the cultural capital of Canadian communities, Integrated results models, and the New perspective of the sense of accountability in the arts organizations’ milieu. Gabriel holds an executive MBA, a Diploma in International Commercial Law and a Bachelor in Finance. He is a Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education alumnus.
