Carolyn Montague is the President of the Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materiel Management (CIPMM) and a Partner at Performance Management Network (PMN) Inc. in Ottawa. CIPMM is a not-for-profit organization that provides professional development, networking and mentorship activities in support of the procurement and materiel management community primarily for the federal public sector. PMN is an expert in program evaluation, performance measurement and complex procurement strategies. Carolyn holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has assisted governments, companies and educational institutions in Canada and abroad for over 40 years. PMN is an incorporated Canadian company focusing on management consulting, education, and the exchange of ideas in all areas of performance measurement and reporting, program evaluation, strategic planning and complex procurement requirements.
