Nadine Cyr is a Senior Performance Officer at the National Research Council with more than 15 years of performance measurement experience in the public sector. In her current role, she is leading the development of an integrated and comprehensive performance measurement framework for the organization. During her 8 year tenure at NRC, Nadine has played a key role in developing and implementing performance measures and reports that meet senior management needs as well as central agency requirements. Prior to joining NRC, she managed a set of Alberta research funding programs, developing selection criteria, managing peer review processes and assessing the performance of the Programs through the annual reports and analyses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and currently serves as the co-chair of the PPX Community of Practice for Science-based Organizations.
