Ms. Conroy is the Director of Evaluation and Performance Measurement at Qatalyst Research Group Inc.  Laura holds both the PMP and CE designations. She has a diverse background assessing organizational policies, programs, and initiatives. She successfully manages projects, budgets, and timelines and delivers sustainable results through both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, reporting, and coordination skills. Laura is experienced in completing systematic reviews as well as knowledge exchange and transfer, such as synthesizing evidence to improve outcomes for service providers. She has led a number of evaluation and Performance Measurement projects.  She has an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in program Evaluation.
